What is the impact of real estate taxation with the goods and services tax on housing? What is the effectiveness of tax regulation in this area? How to measure this effectiveness? These issues were the subject of Joanna Koziollek’s lecture “Efficiency of the social housing program as a tool supporting housing” during the Tax Conference “Real Estate Taxation”, which took place on October 25, 2024 at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław.

We would like to thank the organizers of the Conference for creating an event that has become a platform for practical discussion for representatives of various legal professions on the very important issue of real estate taxation. Given the success of this year’s event, we hope that the Tax Conference “Real Estate Taxation” will become a cyclical event.

The Tax Conference “Real Estate Taxation” was entirely devoted to the taxation of real estate in income taxes, goods and services tax as well as property taxes, fees and public benefits.
