Today — February 1, 2026 — the first stage of the mandatory National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) came into effect, covering Poland’s largest enterprises. This marks a pivotal moment, transforming invoicing and tax settlement processes for businesses.

 

Joanna Koziollek’s Presentation at the Experts’ Meeting

 

On December 9, 2025, Joanna Koziollek presented at the meeting organized by the Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław (IAS Wrocław), Wrocław Bar Association of Legal Advisers (OIRP Wrocław), and Lower Silesian Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors (KIDP), focused on KSeF challenges. The event drew 150 participants.

 

Joanna Koziollek’s presentation addressed key issues:

 

  • organization of law firms under KSeF: internal instructions, policies, and personal data protection,
  • client collaboration: safeguarding trade secrets and professional confidentiality,
  • legal advisory services: creating and updating taxpayers’ internal documentation.

 

The meeting was opened by:

  • Krystian Mularczyk, Vice-Dean of OIRP Wrocław
  • Dr. Krzysztof Biernacki, Vice-Chairman of KIDP

The event concluded with a Q&A panel.
