Top Woman in Real Estate is a competition aimed at women operating in the real estate sector in Poland, who were successful or distinguished themselves from others last year.
The competition honors women from almost all areas of real estate and construction, including architecture, engineering, development, finance, law, sales, real estate agency, marketing and sustainable development. The prizes are awarded by a Jury composed of authorities in the real estate and construction field. The aim of the competition is to distinguish women and companies supporting women, promote them, and popularize good practices and business relations in the real estate sector.
The Legal Advisory Services category was created for women professionally engaged in legal advisory for the real estate sector, who achieved significant success last year or stood out from others in the industry, in which the evaluation criteria are:
- advising on complex and complicated projects, for example multi-jurisdictional, concerning entire real estate portfolios or new, developing sectors,
- development and implementation of legal solutions favorable to clients, including changes in regulations,
- active membership in business organizations, participation as an expert in conferences and industry meetings, lectures and discussion panels,
- application and promotion of good business practices,
- market recognition and excellent clients’ feedback.
The Tax & Accounting Services category was created for women professionally engaged in tax consultancy or accounting consultancy for the real estate industry, who achieved significant success last year or stood out from others in the industry, in which the evaluation criteria are:
- advising on complex and complicated projects, for example multi-jurisdictional projects, concerning entire property portfolios or new, developing sectors,
- development and implementation of tax solutions beneficial to clients, including changes in regulations,
- active membership in business organizations, participation as an expert in conferences and industry meetings, lectures and discussion panels,
- application and promotion of good business practices,
- market recognition and excellent clients’ feedback
