Doctor of juristic sciences in the specialty of financial law, attorney-at-law entered on the list of attorney’s-at-law kept by the Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw. She obtained the title of Master 2 (Master of Law) in the field of European and International Economic Law at the Université Paris-Dauphine in Paris. Erasmus scholarship holder at the Université de Rennes 1 in France. She received a Certificate of French and European economic law at the Université Paris-Dauphine in Paris. She participates in numerous conferences, trainings, among others in the field of real estate law, tax law, financial law, protection of personal data. She speaks fluent English and French.

Experience
She has many years of experience in providing comprehensive legal and tax services for entrepreneurs, including developers, construction companies, architects, real estate agents and companies from the automotive industry. She provides services to business entities, prepares and gives opinions on the agreements, also in the area of labor law, draws up internal documentation, including the implementation of personal data protection regulations, represents entrepreneurs in the course of negotiations with clients and business partners, deals with debt recovery, conducts administrative proceedings. She also advises individual clients, in particular on purchase and sale, execution of finishing works and lease of real estate.
She has many years of experience in providing comprehensive legal and tax services for entrepreneurs, she also advises individual clients.
Real estate
Since 2011 she has been providing legal services for the most prestigious real estate projects at all stages of their implementation. She conducts due diligence of real estate for new investments, and also coordinates the participation of companies in tender procedures. She advises and supervises obtaining relevant administrative decisions within the framework of the construction process, draws up contracts for construction works and protocols. As a proxy or commercial proxy, she negotiated, prepared and signed hundreds of reservation, preliminary, developer, sale and lease of premises agreements. She developed and implemented legal solutions in the field of so-called management of the rental of residential premises combining a sale offer with the implementation of a finishing design, construction works and commercial lease with hotel services. She also deals with legal aspects of commercialization of commercial and service facilities.

In 2019, she published a book entitled. "Taxation of apartment in the developer’s economic activity", published by the publishing house Wolters Kluwer. The publication contains an analysis of the taxation of apartment with real estate tax, tax on goods and services and income taxes from the point of view of the developer's business activity taking into account the legal and tax mechanisms used by this entrepreneur. The author assesses these mechanisms and proposes the most effective solutions for developers both at the stage of construction and sales, as well as the implementation of finishing works and management of lease of residential apartment.
