In the 49th issue of “Przegląd Radcowski” (the Legal Counsel Review) published by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław, an article was featured reporting on a meeting of experts from the Tax Administration Chamber, the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law in Wrocław (OIRP), and the Lower Silesian Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors (KIDP), during which Joanna Koziollek had the pleasure of delivering a presentation devoted to the organization of law firm operations in the context of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
In her lecture, Joanna Koziollek discussed, among other topics, the principles of developing internal procedures and policies, issues related to personal data protection, and cooperation between law firms and clients following the implementation of KSeF.
The meeting brought together representatives of the tax administration, legal advisors, and tax consultants, providing a valuable forum for exchanging experiences and insights on the upcoming changes to Poland’s electronic invoicing system.
